I grew up drinking “ginger beer” a traditional home brewed ginger drink served fresh at most parties in Sierra Leone. It is not an actual "beer" as you may think.  Sierra Ginger owes its origins to the historical home brewed Sierra Leonean ginger drink passed down from generations, and blended with a contemporary twist, infused with various spices.
